There is no form on this page, and there is none anywhere else on the site either. A form has to post somewhere, and a form that posts nowhere while thanking you for getting in touch is worse than no form at all. An email address works, and you can see exactly where it goes.

The message we most want

A price that has changed. This site's usefulness has a shelf life measured in months, and a reader who has just opened a pricing page knows something we do not. If you send us one thing, send us that: the platform, the plan, the figure you saw, and which billing panel was selected when you saw it. That last detail sounds fussy and is the whole game — two of the platforms here show different numbers on different panels of the same page.

We re-read the pages ourselves too, but a note from somebody who was just there is faster than a schedule.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, say so plainly and we will fix it and re-date it. Point us at the page, quote the sentence, and tell us what the source actually says. We would rather be corrected by a reader than be wrong in public for another month.

If you think a judgement is wrong rather than a fact — that we have been unfair to a platform, or too kind to one — that is worth sending as well. The Five Checks are published precisely so the reasoning can be argued with.

What we cannot help with

We cannot debug your code, recommend a course for your specific circumstances, or tell you whether you will get a job. On the last one especially: we do not publish outcome claims for anybody else, so we are certainly not going to invent one for you.

We are also not any of the platforms written about here. If you need a refund, a password reset or an invoice, their support desks are the only place that can do it, and we have no line to them.

Business enquiries

Platforms and their agencies are welcome to write to the same address, and should expect a dull answer. Placements are not for sale, rankings are not for sale, and nothing on this site has ever been shown to a company before it was published. If you want to correct a fact about your product, that is a genuinely useful email and it will be acted on quickly.
